Orders received before Noon Sunday ship the following Monday.
Since meat is perishable, we cannot accept any returns. As farmers who own and manage the farm as well as pack all outgoing orders ourselves, we cannot process returned food. We encourage you to take the time to ask any questions in advance - we are more than happy to address any potential concerns. Keep in mind that the images taken of our products are our own, so that should also give you a good idea of what to expect from each cut.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
